If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any order within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, excluding shipping and gift wrap fees. To return an item, simply send it back in its original packaging to the address provided below. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within one billing cycle.
For customers in the US and UK, we can provide a return shipping label. If used, a $6.95 USD fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages that are undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused—unless the issue was caused by us.
We understand that you may need to open a product to decide if it’s right for you. If the item has been opened but lightly used, you’ll still receive a full refund. Heavily used items may be eligible for a partial refund.

Kindly email us right away so we can inform the carrier and begin a damage claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging for at least five business days after reporting the issue. A replacement will be sent to you.
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
