Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days from the shipping date for a refund (excluding shipping and gift wrap fees).
To initiate a return, simply send the item back in its original packaging along with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within one billing cycle.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages, unless the error was on our end.
- We understand that fragrances may need to be opened to be tested. As long as the item has not been excessively used, you may still qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, a partial refund may apply.
For select locations, we may provide a return label for your convenience. Any applicable return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
